We are currently looking for a strong manager with a background in working with rough sleepers and people with Mental Health through Drug and Alcohol abuse, so the service is very challenging so requires a tough but firm manager in place.
You would be responsible for a large number of staff including all domestic and the overall running of the service.
Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ 4 or RMA, at least 2 years experience in working with rough sleepers or within Mental Health, you will also have a tough but firm approach and have experience in managing senior staff and large budgets.
