"Core Java - 2-5 years
"J2EE (JSP, Servlets) - 2 - 5 years
"SOA/Webservices - 2 - 4 years
"JBoss - 2 - 5 years
"Strong Oracle PL/SQL - 1 - 3 years
"Hibernate - 1 - 3 years
"Ant - 3 years
"Protocols - ( HTTP )
"IDE - Eclipse
"Good knowledge of Design Patterns

Desirable Criteria:

".Net skills ( C#, ASP.NET)
"SQL Server
"IIS Server
"AJAX
"Additional Java Certifications
