My client, a market leading financial services institution is looking for a REWARD SPECIALIST to join an exciting project based in Canary Wharf.

RATE: £140-£160 DURATION: 6 months ROLLING LOCATION: CANARY WHARF

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing Project Management team that focuses on delivering exceptional project and programme management services to the business. CMB Software Delivery has been awarded a substantial increase in strategic investment and as a result is recruiting a significant number of additional headcount. The successful recruit will play a key and important role in the onboarding and recruiting of new staff.

Some of the duties will include:

Work with team leads to identify the role and skills required and post the job advert internally and/or externally
Shortlist potential candidates working with HR on initial feedback
Arrange the interviews
Assist in the engagement by collecting the required info from the individuals.. NI Number, DOB, Passport Details.
Prepare their onboarding pack, Completing the onboarding form with the relevant Team Lead.. this form will include a tick list of required H/W and S/W, nominate a team buddy, prepare an overview pack of what the individual will be working on with key
Raise all relevant Work Requests to provide logons and equipment for new starters Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
