Experienced Continuous Improvement Lead required to join our financial services client based in Bristol. This contract will run for an initial 6 month period and will be joining the clients AML Projects within their Commercial Banking division.
Reporting into a Continuous Improvement Manager, the selected candidate will join a continuous improvement workstream tasked with delivering initiatives to improve AML Processes.
To be considered for this role applicants should have the following skills
* Proven experience working on Continuous Improvements Projects within the Financial Services sector
* Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner
* In depth knowledge of DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) will be key
* Excellent MS Excel and MS Access knowledge
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills coupled with strong and clear communication abilities
