CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT - BANKING - systems thinking - Lean/Six sigma - operational excellence

A leading retail bank with a strong presence in the Midlands is seeking a CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is to improve the customer experience, making it simpler for colleagues and reducing costs.

Continuous Improvement Consultant Criteria:

- An experienced contractor who can lead and implement good Operations Management practices
- Coach Service Excellence capability through deployment of Lean Sigma & System Thinking Methodologies within the operations they are working in.
- Experience of building operational capability through deployment of Lean Sigma & System Thinking methodologies is a must
- Candidate must be an Experienced Lean/Operations Excellence practitioner
- Understands Good Operational Management Practices
- Experienced in Coaching, Consulting & Influencing at all levels

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
