For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Continuous mprovement Consultant
Start: either 1/5 or 1/9
Length: 12 months
Location: Brussels
Required profile:
* Strong interpersonal skills - teaching, coaching and mentoring
* Min 10 years experience in lean sigma implementation
* Experience of the McKinsey methodology is an advantage
* Ideally have acted as an OE/Lean Sigma Champion for an operating unitor major function for a number of years
* R&D or Manufacturing based experience
* Ability to build a rapport with teams in fluent French and English
Role:
The role will be interfacing with teams after implementation of amini-T to provide ongoing support through mentoring and coaching ofshop-floor and managers alike. Key focus is around managingperformance through building Gemba habits, tiered accountability,metrics & measures and problem solving.
