Serves as liaison between marketing ops team and content strategy team, helping to execute on content strategies by assisting in the planning, producing, packaging, and promoting of content for website, newsletters, social media, and other digital extensions.
Prepares and posts editorial content for Drupal CMS, adding/manipulating HTML coding as necessary.
Assists in managing execution of monthly newsletters.
Creates and maintains appropriate SEO keywords.
Develops and optimizes content based on keywords and SEO best practices.
Works with external SEO tools.
Works with analytics team and tools to track and monitor customer response to site, social, newsletters, SEO; recommends appropriate actions to meet the needs of current customers and attract new ones.
