Content Manager (Part-time) Job

CONTENT MANAGER (PART TIME) needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA. This is part- time, 16 hours/week.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Maintain the SAP Custom Development iPad app "Sell SAP CD". The app is designed specifically for our Go-to-Market team and the License and Services Sales teams. It serves as a mobile platform where they can access relevant news and marketing assets to help them position our offerings. As our business evolves, it is critical that the content in the app is up-to-date with latest news and the most updated marketing assets and this requires a dedicated part time contractor.

- Update asset and customer tracking sheet.
- Depending on the asset, the asset tracking sheet must be updated in several areas. The customer tracking sheet is a completely different excel sheet that needs to be updated when new customer success stories come in
- Write title, short and long text in Word.doc (News content).
- Once news and assets are updated in the app, proofing of the text and making sure the right assets were updated and all the attachments and links work.
- Frequently go through the app to ensure no assets are missing and are the most recent.
- Update Global Management Team As Needed.
- Save assets as PDF in marketing shared drive.
- Communicate with management via email advising them of the update so they know to check the tracking sheets and update the app.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree and two (2+) years of professional experience.
- Comfortable working with an iPad.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good written communications skills for writing short text in the News section.
- Knows how to position messaging specifically for sales audience.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office software.
- SAP experience is a plus.
