CONTACT CENTRE TEAM LEADER
LOCATION: BASINGSTOKE
SALARY: UP TO £30,500 PRO RATA + RANGE OF FLEXIBLE BENEFITS

UP TO 6 MONTH CONTRACT

37 hours a week including Bank Holidays on a rota basis. Standard hours run between 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday with the requirement for occasional evening and weekend cover.

An outstanding opportunity exists for an Experianced Contact Centre Team Leader to make an impact and play a key role leading a team of front line staff, and promoting our team of advisors as the dynamic hub of our growing organisation. This is a unquie opportunity to make real changes in a new Contact centre.

* Effective performance management and achievement of targets
* Strong capability in managing escalated enquiries and complaints
* Ability to quickly determine call drivers and deploy appropriate resource
* Lead, motivate and direct the operational team to provide consistent high quality services that deliver first point of contact resolution
* A proven track record in leading teams in a faced paced contact centre environment
* Highly self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude

Our Connect teams are responsible for handling a wide range of queries from customers and residents via telephone, email and letter as well as through social media channels including Facebook and Twitter.

Applicants must be highly IT literate and be familiar with Call Centre technologies - with previous experience in a Team Lead role. The successful Team Leader will be extremely organised, demonstrating close attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise workloads to meet targets, able to hit the ground running.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
