The Role will involve -
* Driving growth by identifying and closing new business and market opportunities
* Enhancing and optimizing business within existing relationships
* Qualifying leads and focusing on maximizing your profits and revenue
* Consulting with prospective partners and customers to develop best solution for business needs
* Securing necessary in-house resources to present customers with full technical detail regarding features and functionality
* Managing customers and maintaining pipeline as your account base grows
* Accurately developing and managing forecasts, while properly communicating progress against those forecasts
They are looking for someone with -
* 3+ years experience selling enterprise solutions with a proven track record of success year on year
* Results-driven individual with consultative sales experience in the contact centre industry
* Understanding of emerging technologies around SIP and VoIP
* Thorough knowledge of contact centre technologies, including IVR and CTI
* Thorough knowledge around VoIP and traditional TDM PBX systems
* Demonstrated ability to succeed at the most senior levels within organizations
