Sky is one of Domestic & General&rsquos biggest clients and here in our Brighton contact centre we have a whole team of Sky ambassadors delivering exceptional customer service.  We are now recruiting talented, ambitious and dedicated people for a brand new Sky service.

What would you be doing?

We have a great service to offer our customers and we strive to deliver that in an upbeat and professional sales style. You&rsquoll be working as part of our outbound customer service team in the Sky Department and the role involves making a welcome call to new Sky customers, having a conversation around how they are getting on with their new Sky box and selling insurance on Sky products to protect customers for unexpected call-out fees, repairs or replacement costs.

 

This is not a cold calling role it&rsquos a role where you&rsquoll be having conversations with Sky&rsquos customers, gain better understanding of their unique needs and identify how else we can help them. Of course it&rsquos a challenging role that not everyone is suitable for, but if you have the drive to be successful we&rsquoll support you getting there.
