We now have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Administrator to join our team in Darlington on a contract basis until August 2014.
In this diverse and challenging position you will be responsible for dealing with a high volume of queries by phone and email, and various administration tasks to compliment this process.
To be successful in this role you will have superb communication and general administration skills. An empathetic nature is paramount due to the sensitive nature of the queries handled. We are flexible with background and experience provided you have the skills and personality required to be successful in this role. Any customer service or call centre experience would be highly advantageous.

Based in Darlington. Salary is £14,000 per annum. Contract position until the end of August 2014. Please be aware that if successful in your application we will carry out a financial probity check and a basic disclosure check.
