Contact Center Consultant

Position Overview
The company is looking for a dynamic Contact Center Consultant for an important customer located in Brussels. The consultant has to be able to understand the business needs of the customer and translate them in a contact center related solution.
In project mode, the consultant will actively take part in discussions with the business to achieve the optimal Contact Center Design, taking into account the defined standards and policies of the customer in which the solution has to fit.
In daily operational mode, the consultant will provide answers to business' questions and collaborate closely with the onsite technical teams if needed to provide answers. The consultant has technical support of an on-site team with the company's Contact Center knowledge and profound knowledge of the customer environment.

Technical skills

Knowledge of contact center design/concept/possibilities
Training for the company's Contact Center (OSCC) can be provided by the company itself.
Training and help on understanding the customer environment can be provided by the company too.

Soft Skills

The consultant needs to be
Pro-active towards the business to increase the efficiency
Be analytic in understanding the business needs and challenge the requests
Take ownership and work in project mode
Able to coordinate with the local team and involved customer parties
follow-up on running activities
strong documentation skills
strong communication skills
languages: Dutch and French (optional English)
team player
experience in the financial sector is a plus
Siemens/Unify experience is also an added value
Hipath Procenter experience is a plus

100% (80% is also possible)
