YOU WILL

- Help design, manage, and grow the analytics and reporting competency of products and develop strategies to improve these products to best meet users needs.
- Define web analytics tagging requirements for new products that will result in actionable and impactful internal and external reporting, including engagement and ROI analyses.
- Provide the business with an understanding of end users needs and wants based on this reporting, and act as a fervent advocate for leveraging data to optimize products.
- Work with and for clients to report on tool use and drive tool engagement.
- Rapidly integrate and analyze a wide variety of user based data and turn that data into meaningful and actionable recommendations to the organization with precise and compelling communication.
- Take responsibility for establishment, collection and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess success of new and existing tools and functionality in order to shape the strategy of future plans.
- Create, manage and drive analyses, KPI definition/measurement and analytics in support of operational understanding.
- Drive continued development of customer understanding via quantitative and qualitative methodologies as it pertains to both online behavior as well as the intersection of online behavior and all other customer touch points.
- Recommend changes to products based on analyses, market research and emerging trends.

YOU

- Are a seasoned Consumer Analyst, who is proficient with web analytics tools (preferably Google Analytics and Webtrends) and assimilating, analysing and understanding different types of data.
- Have a passion for data and learning. You read all of the latest research about consumer analytics and consumer behavior, and the latest news about technology.
- Are an entrepreneurial self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and defining your own direction. And in a pinch, you are able to work outside of your domain.
- Are more collaborative than competitive.
- Know how to say no nicely. You understand that focus is as much about what you re doing as what you re not doing. When new ideas come to the forefront, you know how to channel your teams enthusiasm constructively, while deferring distractions appropriately.
- Have a desire to help build powerful shopping tools, and to change healthcare via enabling intelligent shopping.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION INCLUDES

- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Marketing, Business or related field plus two years relevant experience in Health Care eBusiness or information systems; or equivalent combination of education or experience
- Experience in analytic disciplines such as market research or trend analysis
