Consultant Unified Communication Services (Microsoft LYNC)

Montreal Associates est à la recherche d'un Consultant Unified Communication pour une mission de 4 mois basée en Ile de France.

MISSION:

Vous serez intégré à l'équipe en charge du groupe Corporate Unified Communications group .

Dans un contexte international.

La mission sera:

- Installation, configuration, and monitoring all new Unified Communication services (Microsoft LYNC)
- Do a follow-up on the current installed services (MicrosoftExchange, Microsoft OCS R2)
- Give a day to day expertise and support service added-valued (L2-L3) through incident and service request management for the client users
- Monitor and build KPI around the UC infrastructure assets.
- Manage or participate to sensitive projects such as DRP deployment or LYNC deployment

ENVIRONNEMENT:

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 + Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 + Active Directory 2008 R2
- Experience with Microsoft monitoring technologies (SCOM 2007 & 2012) + Microsoft Windows operating
- system management (2003, 2008)
