Consultant - Training Design and Development - Security Cleared

My client is seeking a consultant with strong exposure and experience in training - and training design, development and delivery.

You MUST hold Security Clearance for these roles; please do not apply if you do not have security clearance - or if your clearance has lapsed.

This role is based in Bristol - so applicants from the South West of England may wish to prioritise this application.

We are seeking consultants with 8 - 10 years' experience.

Specifically, we are seeking individuals with a big 5 consulting background, or strong tier 2' consulting background.

You should have demonstrable experience in process led transformation; specifically:

Experience in developing training strategies and approaches

- Experience in building training plans
- Development of course catalogues, course content and delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the wider L&D/Talent Management space

Roles are likely to be for a duration of 6 months minimum, with locations either in London or the M4 corridor.
