Consultant SAP PP

Hello,

I am currently recruiting for a SAP PP for a role based in Brussels for a 6 months contract renewable.

The SAP PP consultant is responsible for recording needs, blueprinting, testing, implementation of the solution and finally providing further support to Client.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide expert support to experienced production departments in all aspects of production planning, demand management, long-term operational planning, capacity needs planning floor floor control
- Monitoring of master data (bill of material, routings, security stock, work centers, control cycles, MRP parameters in material master)
- Support in the execution of the MRP runs and long term planning cycles
- Evaluate and analyze clients processes for alignment of SAP applications within business standards
- Incident and change management, configuration, testing, training and training of key and end users, as well as maintenance of functional design documentation and process documentation
- Writing functional specifications in preparation for ABAP developments
- Provide SAP PS/PM/PP/CS/QM support support

Mandatory Skills

Knowledge and experience:

Master/bachelor of computer science or equivalent by experience

Spacious business process experience in production environment.

Full life cycle implementation experience in SAP PP in a large/complex manufacturing, maintenance or repair environment

SAP functional and configuration experience in the following PP environment: production planning, demand management, long term planning, capacity planning and shop Floor control

Comprehensive knowledge of PS for Logistics

Integration knowledge in following modules: SAP PM, CS, WM, MM, SD, CO APICS CPIM, CSCP certified is a surplus

General competences:

Team player with excellent oral and written NL/FR language skills

Project management experience

Able to work independently

Strong problem solving technical knowledge

Knowledge of the Microsoft packages

Languages: Dutch or French
