A global asset management firm are undertaking prolonged period of change and have a fantastic opportunity for a consultant to work with the sales force and deliver a new client currency system to track and manage sales for the finance department.
Reporting to the ExCo level, you will be responsible for developing a framework in which sales can be attributed to individuals or teams in order to increase the pace of remuneration, incentivize cross-selling across the whole gamut of asset management products and to enhance cross-divisional collaboration.
You will use previous experience working on revenue credits or client currency projects to articulate to the sales force how the new client currency will work, get their buy-in, developing a strategy and then implementing this strategy, facing off to senior MD and Board level stakeholders.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- Substantial experience within the asset management industry
- Experience working with an internal/client currency or revenue credits
- Knowledge of ETFs, passive products or alternative investments advantageous
- Structured change management or management consulting skill set
- Buy side Front Office or Front Office-facing experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills up to MD or Board level
This is a contract opportunity compensated at £1000 + based London.
