Consultant Process Documentation (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels, in the team Process Ownership. This team is responsible for the definition, implementation and documentation of the Accounts Payable processes. In this context, knowledge of the bank environment is not required. Knowledge of Accounts Payable process is desirable.

Function Description
Your mission is to:
° Design process flows
° Write out work instructions
° Give support to process managers

Education
Bachelor/Master (or equivalent by experience)

Certification
A Financial degree or relevant experience is necessary

° Experience in analysis and documentation of Accounts Payable processes
Ability to learn/understand quickly new processes

Business Experience

° We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of P2P/AP and SAP and/or Readsoft experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° You have a thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
