For our end client in The Hague we are looking for a consultant PAAS/HAAS services.

Purpose
Investigate opportunities to develop a PAAS/HAAS service for IT projects that allows projects to quickly build up project systems in the cloud that can be easily dismantled once the project is completed or does not require the system any longer. Throughout a project life cycle, projects have a need for project specific systems for build, test and sandbox purposes that need to be available on the spot and can be switched off after a project is finished or the specific project activity has been completed. IT would like SOM to develop a service through which hosting services can be obtained and disposed of quickly.
Hosting of any non-project related system can be based on PAAS/HAAS services as well, but require handover to Operations within the SOM. They are not supposed to be part of this Hosting on Demand' service for projects.

Technical Skills and Experience
MANDATORY:
1. Consultant that has knowledge of the various PAAS/HAAS technologies
2. Experience with New Service Development in this area.

Soft Skills and Experience
MANDATORY:
1. Project manage the activity and interact with stakeholders
2. Able to work independently
