Consultant - Online Loyalty Initiatives

Working for a privately owned company and quite possibly the leader in their chosen Industry, this role will see responsible for assisting in the conceptualization, design and overall implementation of an innovative on-line loyalty program for their regional and global businesses.

It's not often you get the opportunity to work on the delivery of a program of work that will change an industry; and thus, my client requires an innovative thinker who is not afraid to be disruptive in their approach to delivering service excellence.

THE SCOPE!

Design and deliver a game changing online loyalty program that will allow our customers access to the best products and services in areas of health, wellbeing, travel, insurance and entertainment. This program will ultimately focus on professional and personal development and give its member access to a growing online community.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

- A strong and proven background in conceptualising and implementing innovative on-line loyalty programs.
- An understanding of how commercial partnerships are implemented and managed within loyalty programs.
- A strong flair for business analysis and the ability to interview interact and pursued potential stakeholders to buy into your vision.
- Experience in how best to manage a loyalty program both internally and externally.
- Proven experience in the application of social media for loyalty programs.
- An understanding of state of the art technology platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
