For our client in the IT software outsourcing sector we are currently hiring a

Consultant L2 Helpdesk (f/m)

Starting date: asap
Length of the contract: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Task description:
*Receive and process traders requirements; assist in maintaining strong working relationships with the companys traders service
*Respond to general enquiries, track status of the requirement/order/error and liaise with business; respond to ad-hoc requests
*3x daily visit to the traders working place to ensure excellent service support - collect issues, solve directly on place, forward to the responsible team, track the status, inform the customer about the progress
*Rollout support (i.e. new Citrix client, upgrade to IE11 etc.)
*Administration of the front office/back office/middle office application to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs
*Coordinates incident, problem, change, escalation management and operational documentation

Your profile:
*ITIL processes experience - Lifecycle Management, IT Service Operations, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management, Release management
*Experience with Windows server administration, working with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle and administrating a variety of web-based and client-based applications/systems
*Technical overview in OS, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware
*Experience with RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
*Knowledge of Ticketing Tools (Remedy advantage)
*Network knowledge (LAN, WAN), Citrix, FTP
*Ability to solve customer desktop issues (Desktop Support)
