Profil attendu: - As-Is of our client data related data in ITSM7 and rules for data identification & segregation, - ITSM7 logical segregation study, - Interfaces study, - Interfaced tools study (BO Reporting ), - Impact analysis, - Migration risks and mitigation plan. Competences attendues: - BMC Remedy ITSM7, - Connaissances des infrastructures liees a l'application - Connaissances fonctionnelles des process ITIL implementes dans les outils ITSM, - Gestion des risques.
