IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Prepare Steering Committee meetings
-Validate risk mitigation strategies
-Review and suggest issue solving approaches
-Review and enforce program change requests
-Support incumbent provider in preparing its organization and people for upcoming changes caused by the program
-Support new provider in preparing its organization and people for upcoming changes caused by the program
-Develop communication plan considering different stakeholder groups
-Assist in developing communication toward all target groups
-Aligned communication strategy with incumbent and new provider
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
-Experience in Services Desk organization and infrastructure
-IT consulting experience
