The contract in question is due to run for at least 12 months and applicant wishing to apply for this position mut have previous NHS Consultant experience.
This is a full rota with on call job and the hospital provides a full range of elective and non-elective secondary care services, although it is highly emergency driven with a very busy A&E department (140,000 attendances per annum). The Trust also has specialist haematological, HIV and sickle cell services.
