- Project objective: Support tender process with public authority
- Strong interaction with client team and operational lead of Consultant team - Together with Senior Manager on Consultancy side
- Clear deadlines and Milestones
Main tasks involve:
o Develop market model
o Engage in cost challenge in proposed solution
o Build from scratch target organisation
o Support business case / financial model
o Develop risk model
o Support bid strategy
