Construction Project Manager Contract starting ASAP

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects with values between £5m to £60m .The suitable candidate will have worked as part of a Main Contracting Project Team on major build projects delivering projects from start to finish & on time and within program budgets.

Our clients project portfolio continues to grow in Aberdeen becoming contractor of choice on some of the citys major commercial projects. Our client offers genuine continuity of work due to the scope and volume of their awarded contracts. They have already secured and started four major builds across Aberdeen with forward start dates for recently tendered works

The Project Manager will play a key role on site to supporting the Construction Management & Operational Teams being diligent in the following:
Health & Safety Matters
Sub Contract Management
Various program delivery on time & program budget delivery
Ensure each package is delivered within budget
Client liaison
Providing accurate reporting information
Excellent Hourly rate available
