CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

£40-50K PLUS PACKAGE (12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Experis are recruiting on behalf of our Client a major Engineering and Services organisation for an experienced Construction/Civils Project Manager to be responsible for the design and development of new projects, as well as delivering current project portfolio.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS - - Delivering construction projects to cost, schedule and quality targets
- Managing relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Creation of Project Schedules and implementation of Risk Management techniques
- Design and development with a view to creating new projects
- Produce accurate reporting to ensure regular communication of project status
- Adhere to project compliance and reporting standards

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL DISPLAY THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES - - Strong track record of delivery of projects in a Construction environment
- Clear understanding of the full project management life cycle
- Degree level qualification in Engineering related discipline
- Recognised project management qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft toolset including MS Project
- Working knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera or Artemis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

THIS IS A FANTASTIC 12 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH ATTRACTIVE SALARY ON OFFER. VARIED PROJECT PIPELINE THAT WOULD SUIT SOMEONE USED TO WORKING IN A FAST PACED CONSTRUCTION ROLE. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO UK SECURITY CLEARANCE.
