Configuration Tech needed to perform the physical evaluation of field returned parts for various computer components and or printers. S/He must be able to lift up to 40 to 50 lbs. and be able to stand at work bench to preform job functions.
SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES:
- Determining if a part is in working condition and has been returned complete and complies to the specification requirements
- Assembling and re-boxing the hardware to ensure the product is suitable for restock
- Preparation and maintenance of records for returned product
- Keeping the work area neat and orderly to comply with company standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A+ Certification required
- 1-2 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior product knowledge preferred
- Good problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- May require some lifting with assistance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma Required
