For an international institution in Basel we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

CONFIGURATION MANAGER (SERVICENOW) (CONTRACT) - 5609

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Accountable for defining and delivery a first draft Configuration Management Plan (CMP) to support the ServiceNow CMDB. Configuration Management
- Reporting of CMP status as required.
- Managing requirements for CMDB as per the Asset & Configuration Management process - logging requirements, status of processes, coordination of changes.
- Create foundational CI components in the CMDB.

REQUIREMENTS

- Master in Computer Science or Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of Service Now (ServiceNow CMDB preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in Service Management
- Outstanding communication and change management skills
- Fluent English is a MUST
