Configuration Manager, IBM, Endevor, Changeman, Bank, Paris

BACKGROUND:

You will join the bank's Component Management team which acts as a service desk for the designers, developers, testers, Project Leaders across the bank's application/development teams. The bank's Component Management team is spread over 3 locations (the banks sites in Brussels, Paris and London, team size in each is 8 people).

The team mainly performs configuration management activities for applications and maintenance projects, but it also provides support in centralised functions such as access management on shared drives, management of documents libraries, functional database administration etc.

TASKS:

Gatekeeper role for Production reviewing all changes going live (Production and Pre-Production) and ensuring they are compliant with configuration management good practices;

You will manage configuration for IBM Mainframe development in Paris using Endevor (50% of the time) as well as development in Brussels using Changeman (50% of the time). You will be based in Paris and make regular day trips to Brussels.

SKILLS:
Solid experience in Configuration Management tools for IBM Mainframes: Endevor & Changeman.

Language: English (essential) plus French (not essential but nice to have).
