Functions
As a computing engineer, you will integrate the Finance and Procurement section which supports and maintains our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and a number of in-house developed Java applications for CERN's Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics services.
As a member of this team, you will:
* Implement, customize, integrate, test, and document new requirements concerning our 2 ERP's (Baan and Qualiac), and design components as required by the architecture.
* Provide supportsql; javascript; html5; css).
* Application support: provide specialised 3rd line support to business specialists.
* Technical Advice and Guidance: working with business specialists and computing engineers in the selection/evaluation of technical solutions.
