Privately held Biotechnology company located in Maryland seeks a Bioinformatics Scientist to join the NGS operations team to develop software tools to perform data analysis of de novo assembly, SNP, RNA-seq. Requirements:

- Masters Degree in Bioinformatics, Genetics, or Computer Science
- Min. 5 years experience in Software Engineering
- Familiarity in programming in Perl, Python, or Ruby
- Experienced in NGS
