Compliance Risk Issues Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Compliance Risk Issues Manager to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of a Compliance Risk Issues Manager, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

The key purpose of the role is to implement risk issue management framework across Compliance and oversee the coordination and resolution of compliance risk issues globally through ongoing management of risk issue process.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

You will help ensure the effective identification, assessment and timely mitigation of risk issues in line with appropriate policy. propose solutions for addressing multiple risk issues in the most effective way and with the most effective use of resources. provide regular risk issue management MI to various boards and committees as required., exercising oversight on all key touch points through the AML/STF/ABC Issues Management Lifecycle (opening, ongoing monitoring, closing).

COMPETENCIES:

You will have previous work experience in a Compliance/Compliance Audit environment, experience of report writing for senior management in a clear and concise manner, experience of using influence and persuasion and ability to work with senior management.
