Compliance Manager - Legal, Pharmaceutical, Switzerland

For our Life Sciences client in Switzerland, we are seeking for a Legal/Compliance Manager with excellent command of English and good IT knowledge.

Your role:

- Independent support and tracking of regional Compliance submissions (currently in EGM PROGRES), setting up network EGM PROGRES local contact persons, facilitating registration of new users, providing and tracking of basic EGM PROGRES training
- Support local implementation in Basel of the relevant elements of the Compliance program
- Attend Compliance Coordinators Meetings
- Support Risk & Compliance activities
- Monitoring of E-learning completions
- Support compliance projects and initiatives.
- Independent organization of internal trainings/conferences and slide preparation
- General administrative support (eg travel planning, including visa and logistics, calendar management, organization of meetings/TC/VC, expenses, presentations, correspondence) for Basel based EGM Legal and Compliance team
- E-shop ordering (placing/controlling purchase orders)
- Office management, database administration
- Maintaining a digital copy of all original fully signed EGM contracts in Legal & Compliance share point contract management folder
- Supporting Legalknowledge of at least one other language preferred
- Some industry experience preferred
- Digital native; displays proficiency in using digital tools
- Analytical in nature, detail focused and at ease with formal thinking
- Systematic, precise and pays attention to detail, very organised with good time management skills
- Follows through and brings projects to completion
- Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight pressures & demanding clients
- Demonstrate professional & culturally sensitive work ethic
- Persistence
