Compliance Manager: Asset Management

A leading Investment Manager is looking to appoint an interim Compliance Manager, who will be primarily responsible for managing a small team, working closely with the Head of Compliance and Head of Risk. The applicant will be managing the Compliance Risk elements, as well as, hosting regular investment restrictions checks for external client portfolios.

The successful Compliance Manager will be able to highlight from previous roles:

An excellent understanding of the FSA Handbook as well as AML regulations

- Extensive experience, working within the Asset/Investment Management Compliance space, managing a small team
- Experience developing compliance related policies and procedures in relation to the business
- A strong understanding of the FSA risk based approaches
- Experience working alongside the existing regulations as well as keeping up to date with new policies
- Conducting investment restrictions for new portfolios
