IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
-Update data privacy SOP including latest developments
-Write 3rd party due diligence SOP based on global and German example
-Creation of business trainings to establish EFPIA process and local actions (together with transparency reporting SOP)
-Compliance Dos & Don’ts based on input from legal and Pharmacodex
-Establish EFPIA reporting process with support from a student in Austria
-Create and implement checklist for employees covering various areas (small meeting, FCPA, grants, international congresses etc), based on an example from another European country to handle ad hoc request as needed

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited university in economics
-Reporting, SOP writing experience, and knowledge of Swiss compliance requirements preferred
-Very strong MS Office user and general IT understanding
-Proactive personality, self-starter with follow-through attitude
-Fluency in English. German knowledge preferred
