Compliance/Investment Analyst

COMPLIANCE/INVESTMENT ANALYST

We are currently looking to recruit a compliance/investment analyst to work for a top life and pensions company in Central London.

Working for the investment arm of the business as a compliance/investment analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

- Overall responsibility for the governance of data used within the systems of the investment arm of the business.
- Ensure the daily checks are performed on the data flows in order that any changed records are validated. updated and available correctly within the relevant system
- Support the data used by adding new assets, funds and counterparties, plus ensuring all trading activity can take place.
- Ensure the IMA rules are accurately established and any data requirements can be evidenced from either a source or manual updates.

This Compliance/Investment analyst will have the following experience/skill set

- Strong knowledge and experience of systems and the data utilised by asset managers
- Knowledge of Think folio in setting up rules and managing data
- Previous experience and understanding of rules within Investment Management Agreements (IMA)
- Clear understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within a an asset management environment.
- Previous experience in a asset management company supporting data governance
- MS Office Excel and Word skills to intermediate level
