My client is a leading technology consultancy who is seeking an AIFMD Analyst for a contract position to work on-site for a leading top-tier banking customer.

As an AIFMD Analyst you will possess the following:

ROLE:

Working within the Depositary business line and as part of the AIFMD project, coordinate analysis and implementation of the assigned stream.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

AIFMD GLOBAL OPERATING MODEL:

- Definition of target processes
- Definition of target solutions
- Implementation of processes and solutions
- Project progress stream documentation

AIFMD HUB SETUP:

- Analysis of processes for the Hub
- Coordination of analysis and implementation with spoke and hub project teams
- Project stream progress documentation
- Weekly Global DFS meetings
- Regular & ad-hoc workshops and meetings
- Hub steering committees

KEY SKILLS:

- Language skills (English, French)
- Experience in analysis, project and steering documentation preparation
- Experience in regulatory projects
- Experience in depositary or investment compliance
- Excellent understanding of the fund industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized and able to organise others
