Compliance Auditor/Security Auditor - Mid-Level/Senior-Contract

I'm looking for security contract professionals to join a compliance and security risk project for a top tier bank based in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. The type of security professionals I need to join this exciting project are a Compliance Auditor, Senior Compliance Auditor, Security Auditor and a Senior Security Auditor. The successful security professional will have thorough knowledge on Compliance Audit checks knowledge on the basis of ISACA Standards and COBIT 5 framework.

KEY SKILLS:

- Experience in an IT compliance/IT Audit/IT Risk Management role within significant/major accounts, and demonstrate a clear understanding of security related issues.
- Proven track record in IT and Information Security disciplines.
- PCI (Payment Card Industry) and DSS (Data Security Standards) experience.
- Experience in performing systems audits of banks and financial institutions with a focus on regulatory requirements applicable to the implementation and management of critical systems.
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred.
- Certified CISSP and/or Certified CISM or similar
- Should have technical knowledge/understanding of Operating Systems Security, Application Systems Security, Database Security, Network Security and COBIT/ITIL framework.
- Design and monitor Information security policies and guidelines.
- Demonstrate good Influencing, Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.
