Compliance Analyst, Investment Banking, Registration-Canary Wharf-6 months*

Bank of America Merrill Lynch have a requirement for a Compliance Analyst with previous experience of registration and investment banking. The initial contract will be for 6 months.
The successful candidate will be working within the Registration & Licencing Team.

Job Description:

* Administration of Approved Persons Regime
* Provision of advice and guidance on R&L activities
* Arranging regulatory training and exams
* Manage Registrations process for 23 exchanges
* Identification of risk and escalation of non-standard matters
* Ad hoc R&L projects and reviews

Essential/Required Skills:

* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise in a high volume environment
* Attention to detail, low tolerance for error
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong team player
* Ability to deal confidently with associates at all levels
* Ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information

Desired Skills:

* Compliance experience/background
