Compliance Analyst

Job Description:

My client a large International has an immediate contract for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join their EOC site for EMEA. Your role will involve the analysis and support of key programs. This is a 6 month contract role and possibility to extend.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support, analyse, test and coordinate with site lead for the effective management of key Privacy Programs
- Responsible for the control and compliance of processes in Volume Licensing and Channel Incentives Programs
- Manage SOX 404 project and the quarterly 302 narrative review process for Volume Licensing
- liaise monthly with the EOC SOX Finance team to update on any changes within the VL SOX space.
- Conduct independent Management Testing and Year End High Risk testing across the Volume Licensing and Channel Incentives business processes re: Continuous Monitoring program
- Analyse processes and suggest change procedures

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong analysis, evaluation and communication skills
- Experience of 4 + years in a related company, preferably in an international company
- Advanced level Excel skills,
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification (Finance preferred)
- Privacy qualifications are advantageous
