Completion Engineer for Contract role in Aberdeen

I am looking to secure a Completions Engineer for a contract position with a leading operator to be based inAberdeen.

The operator has some of the most well funded wells in theUKsector and with many years drilling campaigns secured.

This is a contract position with a minimum of 12 months work with an excellent daily rate available. This position will be offering you (depending on experience) £600 - £1000 per day.

* Perform completion/testing engineering e.g. preparation, SOR, basis of design, operation programmes, end of well reports
* Prepare completion/testing programmes/end of well reports and co-ordinate other specialist inputs
* Undertake technical studies and apply technical skills and innovative thinking to obtaining positive outcomes
* Supervise small task forces, comprising junior engineers and contractors to resolve engineering/technical issues and lead operational implementation of solutions
* Update and follow up of equipment preparation for non-routine operations and offshore supervision
* Update and follow-up of the rig cost control for service contracts involved in completion/testing operations
* Liaise closely with Operations to support implementation of engineering work plans, providing live completion/testing engineering support to operations

Ideally you will have relevant academic qualifications in engineering combined with excellent experience in a similar position involving well engineering.
