The role has arisen as there is a need to support the Chief Risk Officer in handling complaints from both private individual customers and organisations. The role will sit within the Risk department.
The right candidate for this position must have experience of setting up a case management and processing strategy within a financial services organisation.
Required skills and experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Creation of a case management and processing strategy.
- Experience of dealing with customer complaints within a financial services environment
- An understanding of litigation and conduct issues within Financial Services would be beneficial
- Experience of managing a portfolio of complaints
- Strong Financial Services Regulatory knowledge
