What will the Complaints Intake Coordinator Be Doing:
- Works under limited supervision applying newly established procedures and specific standards.
- Reviews potential complaints for accuracy and utilizes pre-determined assignments for routing the complaint for further investigation
- Updates complaints as required
- Obtain relevant documentation that may be required for investigation (ie, transaction information, etc.)
- Redirect apparent claim-related matters to Claims for further review and possible handling
What Complaints Intake Coordinator Need to Bring to the Table:
- Typically has one to two (1-2) years of title insurance or related experience
- Knowledge of Data Trace and other First American transaction systems such as FAST, Wintrack, etc. are a plus
- Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures regarding title, escrow and related processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel
