Complaints Analyst- Top Bank- London- Contract

I am looking for an experienced Complaints Analyst to join one a top bank in London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.

Essential
Customer complaints experience,
excellent attention to detail,
strong computer and analytical skills

Desirable
knowledge of the Irish Financial Market,
Consumer Protection Code,
CCMA & CBI

Responsibilities
Checking draft final response letters,
analysing data and indentifying trends,
preparing group and FSA reports,
dealing with FSO & FOS,
preparing Redress payments

The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a finance industry.

Contract role offering an initial 6 months and is based in London.

Rates between £125-175 (neg)
