I am currently recruiting for a Complaints Analyst to work for my global healthcare client in their pharmaceutical manufacturing division.

The successful candidate will be ensuring all complaints are progressed (administered, investigated and responses fed back to Customers) in an effective and timely manner. You will be providing metrics and reports related to complaints supporting the identification of Continuous Improvement Activities to the Business.

*Co-ordination of the Complaints system - from initial receipt through to response to the customer, includes the Recall Process - where appropriate.
*Responsible for the receipt, investigation and conclusion of Customer Complaints.
*Liaison with other sites (Source of Supply and Customers) with respect to the Complaints system
*Write, review and approve controlled documents as required eg SOPs and work instructions
*Responsible for operating specific systems and processes, resolving problems and working with other departments/contacts as necessary.
*To instigate meaningful corrective and preventative actions where appropriate.

Knowledge & Skills:

Self motivated and ability to work to deadlines.
Team player.
Good computer literacy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
To be actively involved in the Health and Safety programs, Behavioural Safety activities and compliance with GMP within the group.
