Projektbeschreibung

Job Purpose:
To project manage the implementation of the HR IS compensation and performance module across UK working with various Stakeholders to ensure the compensation and performance module and processes are in place

Accountabilities:
- Lead the system development of the Performance Module and Compensation Module for the Staff Reward Framework. Scoping the Business Requirements between the company and the 3rd Party Suppliers, IS and ensuring delivery against these.
- Create and manage the implementation plan including any training requirements for all users of the system
- Develop Performance guidance and policies to support the framework and the system modules
- Manage the relationship with HR Operations to ensure robust future processes are in place for our performance review cycle.
- Drive the performance management cycle through the HRBPs ensuring key activities are understood, Embedded and actioned including performance reviews, objective setting, calibration and development planning.
- Create communications to support the implementation of the system and performance processes

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong contract management experience
- Experience of creating robust clear guidance and policies
- Experience of working within HR, knowledge of and experience in design, implementation and embedding projects
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in order to build trust and create 'buy in' for change
- Good networking skills
- Experience within HR and Business in order to act as a trusted partner to the business.
- Knowledge of, and extensive experience in design, implementing and embedding projects and initiatives within Compensation and Performance Management
- Experience of creating robust clear guidance and policies
- Strong experience in contract management
- Experience of managing relationship with Trade Unions (preferred)
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence others at all levels, with evidence of excellent relationship building ability across a wide variety of audiences and situations
- Good communication and influencing skills in order to build trust and create buy in for change
- Good networking skills in order to build a reputation across the business as a credible advisor who is sensitive to the unique needs of the business area.
- Ability to think analytically and conceptually in order to synthesise information from a broad range of sources and develop solutions and strategies that are fit for purpose
- Effective planning and organisation skills to meet all deadlines
