COMPENSATION CONSULTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MANHATTAN, NY.

- Analytical

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Focused on testing the merit, bonus and stock processes in Workday following implementation.
- Specific test cases will be assigned but the individual should be proactive and identify all issues, even if not specifically called out.
- Assist in validating bonus calculations and total compensation statements
- Merit, Bonus, and Stock testing in Workday
- Auditing Workday plan assignments
- Testing Workday reports
- Auditing Workday data
- Researching issues from audits
- Testing compensation statement
- Other misc. workday tasks as assigned
- Validating Bonus Calculations
- Validating Leave and Severance Calculations
- Other miscellaneous support to compensation team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation preferred
- High level proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Compensation background preferred
