Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Expert in Austrian Labor and Bargaining Law (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-OTP calculation
-Validate the Works Council (WC) calculation per employee
-check the employee is eligible to a One Time Payment
-Calculate the additional OTP for 3 years, for some cases may need to understand root cause and go back 10-15 years
-Compare seniority dates in the excel file to what is stored in Workday
-All-In Multipliers Deckungsprüfung 2012-17
-Check contract for all-in multiplier and working hours
-Add up actual hours reported and overtime hours reported
-Calculate the over/under hours per employee
-Report findings in an excel document for review with the Works Council

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Knowledge of Austrian Collective Bargaining agreement and Austrian labor law mandatory
-Compensation, payroll and project management skills desirable
-Very good knowledge of MS Excel and it´s possibilities
-English mandatory, German desirable
-Team player and high level of communication skills
